🔺 We currently serve residential locations (houses) no apartments or parks. If your location is a business please let us know prior to booking

🔺 Have A️ Clear Street Parking Spot & DRIVEWAY to unload our trailer
🔺️ Cash payment READY upon arriving, we also accept Zelle

🔺️ We need about 38 inches to fit through any back gates

🔺️ Back/side gates unlocked with a CLEAR path

🔺️Have water hose READY to connect to water slide
🔺️ Know exactly where you want inflatables set up (grass or concrete set up only, we will NOT set up on dirt)

🔺️ If you have water sprinklers locate prior to our arrival. Notify our team of the location at setup.  We are not responsible for any damage to lawns, gates, fences or sprinkler equipment in ground.

🔺️️️ Please check outdoor outlets are working properly

🔺️ If you are not home or do not answer the door when our team arrives, we will leave and we won’t be able to return. Our route is set according to location. If we are able to return, there will be a $45 fee added. 

We are available 7 days a week and make every effort to deliver by 12 noon. On Saturday & Sunday during SUMMER months sometimes that is not possible, our delivery times are from 7am-2pm on weekends in SUMMER.

Our service areas include Arlington, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Haltom City, Kennedale, Forest Hill. <MOST OF Fort Worth, Midlothian, Burleson & Cedar Hill>
